What can I expect the day of my event?
Your donkeys will arrive 45 minutes to an hour before your event at the designated area, dressed, cleaned up and decorated ready to greet your guests. Before your event, our handler will reach out to you and your event coordinator or venue staff to confirm the location of the beverages and ice.
Who is responsible for the beer?
The venue or client provides all ice and alcohol, we do not sell beverages. Our beer burro handlers are TABC certified for the safety of your guests.
What happens if the donkeys make a mess?
Our Donkeys rarely make a big mess, our handlers have equipment to clean up messes quick and efficiently.
Who provides the flowers for the donkeys?
We provide all flowers and can coordinate to match the bride/theme of the event.
How much can a donkeys carry?
Donkeys carry about 20% of their weight on flat, even ground. We only allow 30 to 40 pounds ( 10–12 beers with ice on each side). We can have our Donkeys carry all kinds of interesting items. Anything from party favors, corporate materials, liquor, wine, etc.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have a commercial policy and have TABC certification.
